Step by step user instructions 

1. Hands should be washed well
2. Place yourself in the appropriate posture. You can stand with one foot on a chair and the other on the ground. Alternatively, you can sleep on your side with your top leg gently bent toward your tummy and your bottom leg straight. You might wish to put the suppository in this second position if you're administering it to someone else.
   
3. Relax your buttocks to help insert the cannabis suppository simpler.
   Insert the cannabis suppository into the rectum. Push the suppository beyond the sphincter gently but forcefully. The sphincter is the rectum's muscular opening. Push it in one inch for grownups. Push it in a half-inch to one-inch for children, depending on their size. 
4. For 15 minutes, sit or lie with your legs closed. If you are administering the suppository to a child, you may need to gently close their buttocks at this period.

Storage Instructions 

1. Once the product received open CRC (Child-resistant cap) Check safety seal, break seal, and close cap
2. Refrigeration needed 
3. For the first application give a minimum of 2 hrs of refrigeration, take out one canister.
4. Keep the silicone canister at room temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes
5. Open the canister cap and gently squeeze the bottom of the canister to push the suppository out, these suppositories are pre-lubricated and are ready to use.
